The Power of Remembrance

The study, conducted in collaboration with Dr. Mara Albrecht and Dr. Bassel Akar, serves as an entry point to work with persons "hard to reach" (e.g. political party representatives). Through interviewing politicians of seven political parties the researchers looked into how the political parties use the memory of war and investigated their influence in the field of education.

The aim of the study is to facilitate dialogue among stakeholders to move towards a mutual understanding of different perspectives on the past.
