Working as a local member of staff

In our programme offices, we work as an international team comprising 3 to 16 members of staff. The areas in which our local colleagues work include project management and coordination, finance and administration. We identify with our guiding motto “Committed to Peace” and are noted for our high level of dedication as well as our professional and methodological expertise.

As a family-friendly organisation, we have flexible working hours and part-time working arrangements.

We want to support our staff, which is why we welcome their participation in further training and educational leave.
